By demonstrating the ability to guide social work practice and positively influence others effectively, I have led and participated in multiple team settings around diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple platforms. I have helped formulate preventative action and interventions for targeted populations while keeping abreast of evidence-based practices that positively impact service delivery in an ever-changing world.

EMPOWERMENT & ADVOCACY

Our mission is to bridge gaps, eliminate stigma, and create a safe space for at-risk youth, young adults, LGBTQI+, BIPOC, and other at-risk individuals to address their mental health concerns.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP & PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Through coaching, Lacey provides guidance and support to individuals, helping them improve their morale, retain talent within organizations, and aid in the recruitment of new talent.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Lacey’s commitment to multicultural approaches stems from her understanding of the diverse needs of individuals and communities. She believes that cultural competence and sensitivity are crucial in providing effective mental health services.
