Our mental health agency is dedicated to driving positive change through outreach and advocacy with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). We passionately believe that everyone deserves access to culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health resources. Our mission is to bridge gaps, eliminate stigma, and create a safe space for individuals from all backgrounds to address their mental health concerns. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and educational initiatives, we aim to empower individuals to embrace their unique identities while receiving the support they need. We work to empower Indigenous and at-risk communities by offering culturally sensitive mental health and DEI services, breaking down barriers to service delivery, and fostering personal and community growth.
Vision: A future where mental health and DEI are universally understood, embraced, and accessible to all Indigenous individuals, irrespective of geographical location or background. We believe that we are all people first creating meaning and purpose in the world and if we knew better, we would do better. Our goal is to provide all with equitable services to psychoeducation, outreach, and advocacy. Thus, respecting your autonomy while illuminating your path to dignity and freedom of self. Laceys’ Light humbly shines in those hard-to-reach places, providing at-risk populations with tools for success.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
By empowering through education and promoting community collaboration we aim to plant seeds of sustainable behavioral change. Directly minimizing the impacts of oppressive, biased, and discriminatory systems, we target both systemic and generational impacts on communities. Executive Leadership & Professional Coaching
Through coaching, Lacey provides guidance and support to individuals, helping them improve their morale, retain talent within organizations, and aid in the recruitment of new talent. Her coaching services are designed to empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being.
Community Outreach
Lacey’s commitment to multicultural approaches stems from her understanding of the diverse needs of individuals and communities. She believes that cultural competence
and sensitivity are crucial in providing effective mental health services. By embracing diversity and incorporating multicultural perspectives into her work, Lacey ensures that her clients receive care that is tailored to their unique backgrounds and experiences.
